Ali Sabra ("I", "me", "my") operates the ScrollQuitter mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the App.
Information Collection
ScrollQuitter is designed with your privacy in mind. The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect any personal information directly. All game data (scores, settings, progress) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage and is not transmitted to any server.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:
- Device identifiers
- IP address
- General location data
- App usage data
You may opt out of personalised advertising through your device's privacy settings. You can also purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase to remove all advertisements from the App. For more information on how Google uses data, please visit Google's Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I do not have access to your payment information. All transactions are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
App Tracking Transparency
The App may request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites in order to serve personalised advertisements. You can decline this request and the App will continue to function normally with non-personalised ads, or you may remove ads entirely via the in-app purchase.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the App's advertising services, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.
Data Retention
Since all game data is stored locally on your device, deleting the App will remove all associated data. I do not retain any user data on external servers.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
